The Human RNF128 ELISA Kit is a high-performance, sandwich-based immunoassay designed for quantitative measurement of RNF128 (E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase) in various human biological samples. RNF128, also known as GRAIL, is a key E3 ubiquitin ligase involved in immune regulation, particularly in T cell anergy, peripheral tolerance, and autoimmunity.
This assay is optimized for research into immune checkpoints, T cell signaling, inflammation, and cancer immunology.
Test Principle
This kit uses a two-site sandwich ELISA technique:
- A capture antibody specific for RNF128 is pre-coated onto the 96-well microplate.
- Samples and standards are added and RNF128 binds to the immobilized antibody.
- A biotinylated detection antibody is introduced, followed by Streptavidin-HRP enzyme conjugate.
- TMB substrate is added and the enzymatic reaction yields a color change.
- Absorbance is measured at 450 nm and the concentration of RNF128 is calculated using a standard curve.
