Driving Directions:

Genetix Pharmaceuticals US offices are located on the third floor of the Riverside Technology Center. The visitor entrance and short-term visitor parking are accessible from Blackstone Street.

From Points North

• Take Route 93 South to Exit 26 Storrow Drive/Back Bay. Once on Storrow Drive follow the signs for the Government Center/Kendall Square exit.
• Take the Government Center/Kendall Sq exit and at the stop sign, turn right and cross over the Longfellow Bridge.
• Take a right at the end of the bridge onto Memorial Drive/Route 3 West. Follow Memorial Drive through four sets of traffic lights.
• At the fifth set of lights, turn right onto River Street (Mobil Station on corner).
• Take first left onto Blackstone Street. The entrance to 840 Memorial Drive, also referred to as the Riverside Technology Center, will be the first driveway on the left-hand side of the street just beyond a public park. 

From Points South

• Take Route 93 North to Exit 26 Storrow Drive/Back Bay.

• Take the Massachusetts Turnpike (I-90) to Exit 18 Allston/Cambridge.
• After the toll, bear right toward Cambridge. Go straight through two sets of lights and over the River Street Bridge.
• Cross over Memorial Drive at the end of the bridge and take the first left onto Blackstone Street. The entrance to 840 Memorial
• Drive, also referred to as the Riverside Technology Center, will be the first driveway on the left-hand side of the street just beyond a public park. 

From Logan Airport

• Follow signs to the Sumner Tunnel. Upon exiting the tunnel, stay to the left and follow signs for Route 93 North.
• Take 93 North to Exit 26: the "Storrow Drive/Back Bay" exit.
• Once on Storrow Drive follow the signs for the "Government Center/Kendall Square" exit.
• Take the Government Center/Kendall Sq exit and at the stop sign, turn right and cross over the Longfellow Bridge.
• Take a right at the end of the bridge onto Memorial Drive/Route 3 West. Follow Memorial Drive through four sets of traffic lights.

From Storrow Drive

• Follow Storrow Drive until you reach the River Street Bridge. If coming from the east, the Bridge is on your right; from the west, it's on your left.
• Cross over Memorial Drive at the end of the bridge and take the first left onto Blackstone Street. The entrance to 840 Memorial Drive, also referred to as the Riverside Technology Center, will be the first driveway on the left-hand side of the street just beyond a public park.
 

From Memorial Drive

Visitor parking is located at the front of the building when accessed via Blackstone Street. Genetix is located on the 3rd Floor.
